  • Our client is seeking a highly analytical and technically savvy Marketing Analytics & Operations Specialist to support the Marketing Operations team in designing, building, and optimizing data-driven solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and decision-making across the firm.
  • This role combines expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, business intelligence, marketing operations, and data analytics to create scalable solutions that enhance collaboration, automate workflows, improve data quality, and provide meaningful insights to firm leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys translating complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly technology solutions while partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, IT, and firm leadership.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • SharePoint Solution Development
  • Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, and intranet solutions using responsive layouts, web parts, hero sections, hub sites, and audience targeting.
  • Configure dynamic content displays, page layouts, navigation, permissions, and user experiences that improve collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop scalable SharePoint solutions that support marketing operations, business development initiatives, and firm-wide communication.
  • SharePoint Data & Information Management
  • Design and manage complex SharePoint Lists, libraries, calculated columns, metadata, content types, custom views, and governance structures.
  • Export, manipulate, and analyze SharePoint data using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and usability across SharePoint environments.
  • Power Platform Development
  • Design and develop low-code business applications using Power Apps to capture, manage, and visualize SharePoint and enterprise data.
  • Create sophisticated Power Automate workflows that streamline approvals, notifications, reporting, document management, and business processes.
  • Develop Power Platform solutions that improve operational efficiency while reducing manual processes.
  • Support Power Platform governance and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Data Integration & Enterprise Systems
  • Build integrations connecting SharePoint with CRM, marketing automation, CMS, Foundation, and other enterprise systems to establish a single source of truth for marketing and operational data.
  • Design scalable data pipelines and automated data synchronization across Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT to support APIs, connectors, reporting architecture, and system integrations.
  • Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Design and maintain visually compelling Power BI dashboards and embedded SharePoint reports that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance, campaign ROI, pipeline activity, operational KPIs, and business metrics.
  • Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, root cause analysis, and operational reporting across marketing initiatives, projects, and change management efforts.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and interactive front-end dashboards that improve visibility into marketing performance.
  • Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
  • Evaluate existing marketing workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and technology improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, IT, and firm leadership to define reporting requirements and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance the firm's marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Technical Analysis & Data Management
  • Utilize Python and/or R to analyze large datasets, automate recurring reporting, and support marketing experimentation and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, develop performance metrics, and implement measurement frameworks supporting marketing programs and revenue planning.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, governance, validation, and reporting accuracy across multiple data sources.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Present findings, dashboards, recommendations, and reporting insights to leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Support change management initiatives related to new technologies, reporting capabilities, and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively across Marketing Operations, IT, Business Development, and other internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, SharePoint Administration, Microsoft Power Platform, or related disciplines.
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services, consulting, or B2B environment strongly preferred.
  • Advanced experience with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Power BI
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Experience designing modern SharePoint pages, intranet sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and information architecture.
  • Strong experience building Power Platform solutions and automating business processes.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets, reporting tools, and enterprise business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, InterAction, Marketo, Foundation, or similar systems.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with enterprise applications and external data sources.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow, BigHand, Workfront, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Working knowledge of Python and/or R for reporting, analytics, automation, or data analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting architecture, data governance, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting dashboards, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, or other AI-enabled productivity tools.
