- We are seeking a high-impact Data Scientist to design and build advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven insights for enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- This role focuses on transforming ERP, MES, PLM, IoT, and supply chain data into actionable intelligence that improves operational efficiency, predictive capabilities, and business decision-making.

- ⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Data Science & Machine Learning
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models for:
- Demand forecasting
- Predictive maintenance
- Quality defect detection
- Supply chain optimization
- Build and deploy ML models using Python / Spark / cloud ML platforms
- Perform feature engineering on structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Manufacturing & Industrial Analytics
- Analyze data from:
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365)
- MES systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Plex)
- PLM systems (PTC, Teamcenter)
- IoT sensors and shop floor devices
- Build models for:
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Cycle time optimization
- Yield and scrap reduction
- Production bottleneck detection
- Data Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines
- Support ingestion from:
- Data lakes (Azure Data Lake, S3)
- Streaming systems (Kafka, Event Hubs)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage
- AI & Advanced Analytics
- Develop AI/ML solutions using:
- Azure Machine Learning / Databricks / AWS SageMaker
- Experiment with generative AI use cases:
- Manufacturing assistant agents
- ERP copilots for operations teams
- Deploy models into production environments
- Visualization & Insights Delivery
- Build dashboards using:
- Power BI / Tableau / Looker
- Translate model outputs into business insights for:
- Plant managers
- Supply chain leaders
- Finance and operations teams
- Cross-System Integration
- Work with enterprise systems:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oracle ERP
- MES/PLM platforms
- Support integration of ML outputs into operational workflows
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Strong Python, SQL, and statistical modeling skills
- Experience with ML frameworks:
- Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and cloud platforms
- Preferred Domain Experience
- Manufacturing / Industrial / Supply Chain analytics
- ERP / MES / PLM data exposure
- Predictive maintenance or quality analytics experience
- Experience with IoT or sensor-based data systems
