Job Description:
- The client is seeking a strategic Manager of Marketing Analytics to serve as the primary analytics authority within its Marketing Operations team, responsible for unifying reporting infrastructure and translating multi-source data into actionable performance insights across a portfolio of brands.
- Job Summary
- •Own and maintain the reporting infrastructure that provides a consistent, trusted view of marketing performance across all brand channels and platforms.
- •Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, strategic performance narratives for channel owners, brand teams, and senior leadership.
- •Build, automate, and scale dashboards and data pipelines using BI tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows to improve reporting speed and reliability.
- •Govern UTM management and campaign tracking standards to ensure data integrity across the marketing ecosystem.
- •Partner with channel and brand stakeholders to align on measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and reporting standards.
- •Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to accelerate analytical output and streamline marketing operations reporting.
- •Operate as a self-directed individual contributor, identifying gaps, building solutions, and delivering results without requiring close direction.
Minimum Requirements:
- •8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related field.
- •Demonstrated ability to synthesize data across multiple platforms and communicate a clear, strategic performance story to varied audiences.
- •Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (Marketo or equivalent), digital media platforms, and web analytics (GA4).
- •Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar, including dashboard build and ongoing support.
- •Experience with data modeling tools and query languages (Snowflake, SQL, or similar) to connect, transform, and pipeline data across systems.
- •Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution methodologies and supporting attribution tools.
- •Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as a core part of analytical workflows for automation, insight generation, and accelerated output.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- •Experience working within a complex, multi-brand or enterprise marketing environment.
- •Familiarity with UTM governance frameworks and campaign tracking best practices at scale.
- •Understanding of B2B marketing and sales cycles, including how marketing analytics supports B2B pipeline and revenue reporting.
- •Experience connecting and automating data flows across platforms via APIs or similar integration approaches.
