• What you'll own
• Train and deploy state-of-the-art vision models for document processing
• Design novel LLM techniques to expand the complexity of use cases and data streams the platform can handle
• Benchmark the latest frontier models and identify what's worth integrating into production
• Monitor models in production, run experiments, and solve real customer problems
• Direct relationships with customers and the founding team

• Thinks creatively about research problems and knows how to translate findings into production impact
• Keeps up with the latest AI research and can separate signal from noise
• Pushes for real-world customer impact over theory
• Comfortable with full ownership from day one
• Strong background in ML research with production experience, not just paper publishing
