About The Role

Meta is seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead its machine learning engineering teams focused on developing and deploying advanced recommendation systems at scale. This role involves managing a talented group of ML engineers and leaders across various domains including data pipelines, model development, training infrastructure, and production deployment. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s or Ph.D. is preferred. Strong knowledge of recommendation algorithms, ranking models, and AI infrastructure is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools are highly desirable.
