Ideal Persona: Applied Machine Learning Engineer with strong mathematical and statistical foundation. High proficiency in Python/SQL, and demonstrated end-to-end ML ownership

Required skillsets:

• Strong Python and SQL
• Applied statistical and machine-learning experience
• Experience moving models from experimentation into a repeatable production workflow
• Data-pipeline and API integration experience
• Cloud ML experience, preferably Azure/Azure ML
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (absolute 100% requirement; must communicate well)
• Preferred: Some familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, containers, and model monitoring (we have Cloud Architects that can help with these)

• Potential projects could involve:
• Historical weather datasets.
• Demand forecasting.
