The role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready machine learning models and AI applications. You’ll work extensively with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases to develop practical AI-powered solutions. The position also involves cloud deployment, backend development, and MLOps/LLMOps practices to ensure applications perform reliably in production.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to turn technical and business requirements into scalable AI solutions while evaluating new models, frameworks, and development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and applications.

• Build Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and prompt-based applications.

• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, backend integrations, and data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.

• Improve the accuracy, performance, reliability, and scalability of AI models and applications.

• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and model lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate requirements into production AI solutions.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and development approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Production AI/ML engineering experience, advanced Python skills, and strong machine learning fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• MLOps/LLMOps experience, including APIs, model evaluation, monitoring, and production deployment.

• Experience with at least one machine learning framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI application frameworks.

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI application development.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Docker, CI/CD, and Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently own and deliver technical solutions.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale production AI deployments.

• Familiarity with AI platforms and services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic Claude.

• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and tool calling.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.

• Understanding of AI security, responsible AI practices, model governance, and data privacy.
