Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Python Machine Learning Engineer to work on a Full-time basis. This individual will drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced machine learning solutions, leveraging their expertise in Python to translate business objectives into robust ML architectures. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to set direction, mentor team members, and ensure that ML initiatives align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions, utilizing Python and relevant ML libraries (PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable ML architectures and strategies
  • • Own end-to-end DS/ML solution development, from data pipelines and model design to deployment and monitoring
  • • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines to support ML model training and deployment
  • • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project execution
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning, incorporating new techniques and tools into project work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in machine learning libraries (PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
  • • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning
  • • Experience with computer vision and image processing, leveraging libraries such as OpenCV
  • • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective ML solutions
  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
