Role Description
This is a full-time Machine Learning Engineer hybrid role based in Worcester, MA, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex engineering and business challenges. Your responsibilities will include analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing platforms.
Qualifications
Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
Background in Computer Science with experience in developing machine learning frameworks and software.
Strong understanding of Statistics and Algorithms for data analysis and decision-making.
Ability to design, train, and optimize machine learning models to drive innovative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative and hybrid environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI tools, programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with construction or related industries.
