Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in recommendation and ranking systems to build personalized solutions for consumer marketing. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing and optimizing machine learning models that improve customer engagement, conversions, and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop recommendation, ranking, and personalization models.
Build and optimize machine learning models using customer behavior and marketing data.
Implement solutions for product recommendations, audience targeting, and next-best-action.
Improve model performance using metrics such as precision, recall, click-through rate, and conversion.
Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deploy models into production.
Explore advanced techniques to improve recommendation quality and personalization.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
Strong experience with Recommendation Systems and Ranking Systems.
Hands-on experience with neural networks and deep learning.
Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks, DeepFM, and Matrix Factorization.
Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with Databricks and AWS.
Understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks for recommendation systems.
Experience with consumer behavior, transactional, or marketing data is preferred.

Interview Process

Introductory call to assess fit and communication.
Technical interview (no coding test).
Final in-person interview.
