Our client is a fast-growing technology leader in Boston, MA, is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join its dynamic AI team.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models that solve complex, real-world problems.

The Role

• Design, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize pipelines and continuous integration.
• Evaluate and refine existing ML models to improve performance, latency, and scalability.
• Monitor deployed systems to ensure model reliability, stability, and efficiency in live environments.

The Person

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in data structures, software engineering best practices, and MLOps workflows.
