As Lead Data Scientist, you will establish the technical foundation for machine learning at a high-growth fintech infrastructure platform. You'll own the end-to-end ML lifecycle—from feature engineering on proprietary identity data to shipping production fraud and risk models. Your work directly impacts customer onboarding and security for major financial institutions.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship production-grade machine learning models for fraud detection, risk assessment, and KYB/KYC compliance.
• Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure, including feature stores, automated training pipelines, and model monitoring systems.
• Set the technical direction for the data science organization as a senior individual contributor and mentor to the team.

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years of experience shipping production ML models specifically within fraud, risk, trust & safety, or compliance domains.
• Proven track record building ML infrastructure and working with imbalanced data, sparse signals, and adversarial patterns.
• Technical expertise in entity resolution, knowledge graph applications, or modern graph embedding techniques.
