As a company committed to social responsibility, Remotewoman continuously strives to cultivate an environment that values integrity, transparency, and professional development.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in statutory pay reporting and compensation systems, ensuring compliance with global pay transparency regulations and maintaining pay equity across our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing market data collection, leading salary survey submissions, and translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US and international pay reporting laws, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and possess strong experience operating across multiple compensation platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence Remotewoman’s compensation strategies and ensure our practices align with evolving legal standards worldwide.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business, or a related field; however, equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate extensive knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications, along with a thorough understanding of US and international statutory pay reporting requirements, including pay equity and gender pay gap reporting. Hands-on experience with compensation systems and survey tools such as Pave, Compa, Radford, and Workday is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively translate complex regulations into clear guidance for stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively within teams is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Compensation Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end process for all statutory pay reporting obligations in the US and internationally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations. You will serve as the internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, monitoring regulatory developments and translating requirements into operational policies. Leading and managing annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions across providers such as Radford and Comptryx will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring data integrity and proper job matching. You will act as the primary SME for compensation systems like Pave, Compa, Radford, and Workday, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HRIS teams for enhancements. Collaborating with Legal, HR, and Finance teams, you will ensure pay reporting deliverables meet country-specific statutory requirements. Conduct ongoing analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and equity concerns, providing strategic recommendations to leadership. Additionally, you will support the development and documentation of compensation policies, standard operating procedures, and reporting dashboards that provide real-time insights into pay equity and benchmarking results. Proactively monitoring legislative changes and compliance gaps will be vital to maintaining adherence to global pay transparency mandates.
