- Razor is looking for a Junior Program Analyst focused on supporting multidisciplinary teams through project coordination, documentation, data gathering, and workflow management. The role emphasizes organizing project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, preparing reports, and enabling effective communication to support successful program execution.
- Education & Certification Requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Medium Background Investigation clearance.
- Responsibilities:
- • Assist project teams with planning, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day work activities
- • Maintain project trackers, schedules, logs, and shared information repositories
- • Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding action items to support timely project execution
- • Capture, organize, and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items
- • Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and other informational materials for internal and client stakeholders
- • Create, update, and maintain process documentation, operational guides, and reference materials
- • Translate technical and business inputs into clear, organized written documentation
- • Collect, verify, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources
- • Generate routine reports using Microsoft Office applications and standard productivity tools
- • Identify data inconsistencies, trends, and potential issues, escalating findings to senior team members as appropriate
- • Support planning sessions, team meetings, project reviews, and other collaborative activities
- • Prepare materials and documentation needed for meetings and project discussions
- • Coordinate information sharing across project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Qualifications:
- • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- • Ability to gather, synthesize, and organize information into clear, structured written content
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, technical environment
- • Experience supporting project coordination, documentation, or program support activities
- Desired Skills:
- • Experience working within Agile or other structured project environments
- • Experience creating technical documentation, process guides, reports, or operational materials
- • Familiarity with task tracking and workflow management tools such as JIRA
- • Experience supporting program management or project management activities
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
