- Role Overview
- The Junior Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate meaningful insights. The position offers hands-on experience with data analysis tools, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- • Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
- • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal stakeholders.
- • Support data visualization efforts to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- • Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring proper data documentation.
- • Work closely with senior analysts to understand business requirements and analytical methodologies.
- • Participate in quality checks and data governance activities.
- • Help automate routine data processing and reporting tasks where applicable.
- • Support performance tracking by monitoring key metrics and indicators.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, statistical methods, and data structures.
- • Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.
- • Introductory knowledge of query languages or analytical scripting is an advantage.
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and analytical frameworks.
- • Experience from academic projects, internships, or personal data analysis work is a plus.
