Role Description This is a part-time, remote Junior Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at Dalan Technopark. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role involves supporting the creation of basic reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand trends and key performance indicators. The person in this role will help perform simple statistical analyses, document data definitions and processes, and maintain organized data repositories. Day-to-day work will also include collaborating with senior analysts and cross-functional teams, communicating findings in clear, accessible language, and continuously learning new tools and methods to improve analysis quality.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and foundational experience in data analytics to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling to assist with simple models, hypothesis testing, and data-driven insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and introductory knowledge of data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new analytical methods, tools, and industry best practices.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
