Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role at Diario Nutrición focuses on supporting data-driven decisions related to nutrition content, audience behavior, and product performance. The Junior Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include building basic reports and dashboards, performing exploratory data analysis, and generating clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves assisting in designing and maintaining simple data models, tracking key metrics, and documenting methods and findings. Collaboration with content, marketing, and product teams will be essential to translate data insights into practical recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge of data analytics concepts.
Understanding of basic statistics, including descriptive measures and simple hypothesis testing.
Familiarity with data modeling principles and ability to work with structured datasets.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and introductory experience with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
Attention to detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
Interest in nutrition, health, or digital media is a plus.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related area) completed or in progress preferred.
