Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise operations transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery across multiple project workstreams.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and vendor coordination within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define solution requirements.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
Support multiple parallel project workstreams while maintaining priorities and timelines.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and solution validation.
Maintain project documentation, process flows, and requirements artifacts.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to project leadership.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
Experience supporting large enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Vendor management or third-party coordination experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, industrial operations, or similar enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide operational or business transformation programs.
