• This is a part-time, remote role for an IT Business Analyst. The IT Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling business processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions while ensuring effective implementation of technical solutions.

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying Business Requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Processes and ability to align them with organizational goals
• Competence in Information Technology systems and tools
• Advanced Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders
• Prior experience in consulting or a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
