About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional to join our dynamic team at Formica. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and continuous improvement of processes. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of surface materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and relevant design or CAD software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new product lines, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to facilitate product launches and updates.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
