About the Opportunity:

The IS APPLICATIONS EPIC SECURITY ANALYST is responsible for managing Epic security and user access to ensure authorized caregivers can perform their duties effectively and securely. This role supports onboarding, access governance, and ongoing maintenance of user and provider records, playing a crucial part in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and facilitating smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Epic security, user, and provider records.
• Manage role-based security provisioning and access governance.
• Support user and provider onboarding processes.
• Participate in Epic deployment, implementation, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and project teams for testing and go-live readiness.
• Troubleshoot access issues with Identity and Access Management and Service Desk teams.
• Enhance processes and automation to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification maintained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Preferred: Certifications in software applications or clinical specializations.
• Preferred: 3 years of Healthcare IS experience.
• Experience with Epic security, access management, and provider records.
• Ability to manage large data volumes with accuracy.
• Knowledge of user provisioning, role-based security, and access governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary ranges vary by location, from approximately $32.45 to $77.25 per hour depending on geographic area.
• Placement within the range is based on experience and other factors.
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, premiums, incentives, or bonuses.
