In this role, you will support the calculation, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of portfolio performance across multiple asset classes while partnering closely with Accounting, Investment, Risk, and Technology teams. You’ll be responsible for analyzing returns, validating benchmarks, resolving data discrepancies, and contributing to reporting processes that drive investment insights and decision-making. Additionally, you’ll help build and enhance dashboards, improve workflows, and participate in key process improvement and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 0–5 years of experience in finance, investment operations, or a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Strong knowledge of investment concepts, performance measurement, and financial markets is important, along with advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. The right individual will bring strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, along with interest in pursuing certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or CPA.
