• Founded in 2015, Northern Right Capital manages long-only and long-short hedge fund strategies
• focused on investing in small/mid-cap companies, primarily in the TMT and Consumer sectors. We
• invest with a fundamentally driven approach and an owner’s mentality, allowing us to make
• concentrated investments over a multi-year timeframe. We look for competitively advantaged, cash
• flow-generating businesses with hidden assets or improving fundamentals that are misunderstood
• by the market.
• We operate with a small, collaborative investment team with a performance-driven and
• entrepreneurial culture. Given our trajectory, we are expanding the team in tandem with the firm's
• growth.
• We are looking for an analyst to join our investment team in our Darien, CT office. The analyst will
• work closely with the fund’s investment team, participating in all aspects of the investment process,
• including idea generation, fundamental company and industry research, financial modeling, and
• preparation of investment memos. We believe this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated
• individual to play an integral role in a growing fund.

Ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:

• Relevant work experience: 2+ years of work experience in investment banking, private equity,
• equity sales, or buy- or sell-side equity research.
• A passion for fundamental investing and curiosity for learning about businesses and industries.
• A demonstrated history of personal and professional success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and
• financial statement analysis.
• Intellectual honesty and integrity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Unrelenting attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic.
• A good attitude. We are looking for someone who is hungry and humble.
