Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager to support Total Experience strategy and execution
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, product data, and research insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend solutions
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and product enhancements
  • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases that drive measurable business impact
  • Design and build dashboards, reports, and surveys (Qualtrics or similar tools) to support research and decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations teams
  • Monitor product experience metrics and continuously improve customer journeys
  • Support ongoing feedback loops to ensure continuous product optimization
  • Required Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in Insights Analyst / Experience Analyst / Product Analyst / Business Analyst roles
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting large datasets
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics (or similar survey & experience platforms)
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong ability to translate customer insights into business and product recommendations
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Total Experience (TX), Customer Experience (CX), or Employee Experience (EX) initiatives
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM / HRSD or similar modules)
  • Familiarity with product analytics, research frameworks, and UX methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile environments
