We’re actively hiring experienced Cable Technicians to support large‑scale, mission‑critical data center builds. This is high‑volume, high‑urgency work for technicians who move fast, maintain quality, and consistently hit production targets.

• 💰 Compensation & Schedule
• Pay is aligned based on experience and resume:
• Tech I: $18–$22/hr
• Tech II: $22–$25/hr
• Tech III: $26–$29/hr
• ✅ Overtime Available: Earn 1.5x your standard rate for all hours over 40
• 🕒 Schedule: 12‑hour shifts | 5–7 days/week
• ➡️ 60–80 hours/week (20–40 OT hours weekly)

• ✅ Position Requirements
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, 5–7 days/week
• Pass a background check (no felonies, misdemeanors, or open cases within the last 7 years)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Working cellphone for daily communication
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn
• Required PPE: Class 2 vest, Type 2 hard hat, Safety Glasses, Level 4 cut‑resistant gloves

• Tech I (Entry/Junior): Supports fiber and copper installs; assists with cabling builds under supervision
• Tech II (Independent): Independently installs, tests, and troubleshoots fiber and copper systems
• Tech III (Advanced/Senior): Executes complex cabling, advanced testing, and large‑scale deployments
