Workday HRIS Analyst - up to $110,000 + Bonus - TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Learning and Benefits.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release activities to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and support data integrity initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and user experience across the platform.
  • Support additional Workday modules as required, with training provided.

Role Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of Workday configuration experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits is essential.
  • Experience supporting Workday Learning is ideal but training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
