Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Learning and Benefits.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release activities to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and support data integrity initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and user experience across the platform.
- Support additional Workday modules as required, with training provided.
Role Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of Workday configuration experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits is essential.
- Experience supporting Workday Learning is ideal but training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
