Human Resources Information System Analyst

• Opportunity in New York City
• Manages, maintains and helps optimize the Human Capital Management system. The role is to maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization HRIS data, and support in specialized projects.
• Functions/Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with various teams to determine the short- and long-term system objectives, develops a plan to modify and optimize HRIS applications, modules and systems to meet those objectives.
• Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
• Recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to better support our clinical and administrative staff.
• Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing team needs.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with the rest of HRIS team to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS system and to test new applications and features.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

• Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required.
• At least three years of experience with HR business systems is highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP a plus.
