About the Opportunity:
The HRIS SYSTEMS ANALYST role supports the alignment of HR technology with business objectives by optimizing system functionality and ensuring data integrity. This position acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance HR systems. The role contributes significantly to system integrations, data management, and project execution to enable efficient HR operations and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support HR systems in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancement requests with internal teams and external partners
- Oversee system integrations and data flows with other platforms to ensure data accuracy and continuity
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Support organizational changes through system configuration and data alignment
- Manage complex data structures and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing
- Ensure system data and processes comply with regulatory requirements and policies
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support decision-making
- Participate in HRIS-related projects including enhancements and implementations
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems roles
- Experience with HR systems; familiarity with ADP platforms preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and functions
- Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, and data management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Experience documenting system processes preferred
- HR process knowledge and project management experience are advantages
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Posted pay range is USD 80,000 to USD 110,000 per year
