Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst (Non-Exempt) to work on a contract basis. This role involves supporting UKG HRIS implementations, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with HR processes. The position requires hands-on experience with UKG platforms and a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Maintain and update UKG HRIS configurations, including employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UKG HRIS modules, escalating complex problems as needed.
• • Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
• • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• • Provide end-user support and training for HRIS-related tools and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS platforms is required.
• • Proficiency in HRIS data management, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
• • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for HRIS system issues.
• • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll.
• • Knowledge of HR compliance and data security best practices is preferred.
