Guest Analytics Consultant (Customer Value & LTV)

• Remote opportunity for Guest Analytics Consultant - (+7Customer Value, LTV & Snowflake)
• Key Focus Areas:
• Customer Value & LTV — guest-level value scoring, historical spend tiering, and predictive LTV modeling
• Behavioral Segmentation — cohort analysis, behavioral segmentation, and insight development to support targeting and journey design
• Hands-on Snowflake LTV modeling and behavioral segmentation
• Must be an individual contributor, not a team leader or director level profile
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with making presentations and speaking to C level on business and analytics

Job Description:

The client is building out two capabilities within their Guest 360 program and needs a hands-on analytical consultant — someone who can do the work, not just advise. A senior-level data analyst/analytics consultant who specializes in customer analytics — specifically LTV modeling and behavioral segmentation — and can work hands-on in Snowflake. Not a data engineer, not a pure data scientist, not a BI developer. They want someone with a consulting background and good business sense. Someone who can take a commercial question, figure out what the data can actually answer, and translate the analysis into something a marketing or commercial leader can act on.

Must-Haves:

• • Strong Snowflake proficiency (non-negotiable — all guest data and analytics live here)
• • Hands-on experience with LTV modeling and customer/behavioral segmentation
• • Consulting background with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial leaders
• • Very strong communication skills — this person will present findings directly to senior business stakeholders

Preferred:

• • Sigma ( highly preferred)
• • Salesforce ( highly preferred)
• • Hospitality, loyalty, retail, or CPG industry background – (most people with this background will come from these industries)
