Job Description

You will lead Model ML’s expansion into the New York market, owning the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial hunting to closing complex deals. You’ll build a territory from scratch, converting senior economic buyers at major financial institutions into long-term partners while shaping the company’s regional growth strategy and product feedback loops.

What You Will Do

• Execute a high-intensity hunting strategy to identify and open net-new accounts within investment banks, asset managers, and tier-1 consultancies.
• Manage the entire enterprise sales lifecycle for multi-stakeholder deals, navigating from initial lead generation and discovery to final contract execution.
• Represent Model ML at major industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness and foster deep relationships with key economic stakeholders in the region.

The ideal candidate

• Proven B2B sales hunter with at least 5 years of experience selling enterprise technology into investment banks, private equity firms, or global consultancies.
• Demonstrated track record of personally opening net-new logos and generating self-sourced pipeline in a high-stakes, venture-backed startup environment.
• High-energy operator with a top-tier academic background who thrives in fast-paced settings where priorities shift and individual outcomes are genuinely consequential.
