Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

• Role Overview
• We are hiring a Game Data Analyst to turn player behaviour data into the insights that drive design and live ops. The role combines deep SQL with game design fluency — answering questions designers and producers actually care about.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Analyse player behaviour, retention, monetisation, and engagement metrics
• - Build dashboards and reports for live ops, design, and product teams
• - Run A/B tests on features, balance changes, and live ops events
• - Develop player segmentation and lifecycle analyses
• - Partner with designers and producers on analytics-driven decisions
• - Identify data quality issues and partner with engineering on instrumentation

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• - 2+ years in game analytics, product analytics, or data analysis
• - Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• - Hands-on with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and game analytics platforms
• - Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis
• - Strong understanding of game KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPDAU, conversion)
• - Excellent written communication and ability to translate data into recommendations
