Compensation

• •Base Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year.
• •Annual Bonus: Up to 25%.

Why Join the Team

This is an opportunity to join a growing US engineering operation at an early stage and make a meaningful contribution to its technical direction. You’ll work across backend engineering, data systems, and AI-enabled products while helping establish the engineering standards and capabilities of the expanding team.

The company values the scope and quality of the software you’ve built more than a specific number of years of experience. If you’re a strong Python engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working across technical boundaries, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership and make a direct impact.
