About the Opportunity:

The FP&A SENIOR ANALYST role supports the U.S. Glass segment by delivering accurate financial reporting and forecasting. This position provides analysis that informs leadership decisions impacting business performance, collaborating closely with operations to enhance financial understanding and drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, analyses, and support quarterly earnings and monthly business reviews
  • Identify key risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting the business
  • Produce weekly and monthly financial reports with variance analysis at multiple organizational levels
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports including sales, customer tracking, and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze monthly close P&L statements and store-level financials
  • Develop and implement new reporting tools based on business needs
  • Present financial analysis and forecasts to business partners regularly
  • Manage forecasting for expenses and contribute to annual expense budgeting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quick learner of new systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective at managing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate across business functions
  • Skilled in communicating and presenting to senior leadership
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous process and tool improvement

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

$76,900.00 - $137,300.00 annually
