FP&A Analyst (Remote)

• Role Overview
• We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role combines clean modeling with sharp business sense — turning raw data into the numbers leadership uses to plan and decide.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Maintain rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• - Run monthly variance analysis and management reporting
• - Build models for new initiatives, hiring plans, and scenario analysis
• - Partner with department leads on budget ownership and tracking
• - Support board materials, investor reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
• - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• - 2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• - Strong Excel modeling and financial statement fluency
• - Working knowledge of planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)
• - Excellent written communication and structured thinking
• - Comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus
• - Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
