We are looking for experienced professionals to join NextShip’s IT team!

• 🔹 Founding AI Engineer / Lead Applied AI Engineer
• Lead the development of NextShip’s AI platform from conversational agents and document intelligence to matching, scoring and AI infrastructure.

• 🔹 Applied ML / AI Engineer
• Build and improve practical AI solutions for document processing, OCR, matching, conversational AI, evaluation and automation.

• 🔹 ERP / SaaS Product Marketing Manager – Maritime Technology
• Bring a complex B2B SaaS/ERP product to market through customer research, positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and demand generation.

What we’re looking for:

• • Proven experience in your field
• • Strong English communication skills
• • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• • A hands-on, product-minded approach
• • For AI roles: experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production
• • For Product Marketing: strong B2B SaaS/product marketing experience
