- Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Fivetran Data Integration Engineer to support a data integration and modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing Fivetran data pipelines. We are open to candidates ranging from strong implementation engineers to senior-level architects who can provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.
- Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support data ingestion solutions using Fivetran.
- Configure and maintain connectors between source systems and target data platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Develop best practices for data movement, governance, and operational support.
- Support data modernization initiatives and help drive scalable integration architecture.
- Provide technical guidance on Fivetran capabilities, limitations, and optimization strategies.
- Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Fivetran.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and modern data integration architectures.
- Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving as a technical lead or architect on data integration projects.
- Background with enterprise-scale data migration or modernization initiatives.
- Experience working within consulting environments and client-facing engagements.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and operational best practices.
