Position: Financial Systems Analyst
Compensation: $50 - $65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Join a dynamic team at a leading company as a Financial Systems Analyst. In this role, you'll support the Finance Technology team by enhancing current systems and contributing to future innovations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct process and system analysis to develop future state designs
Collaborate with users to prioritize and guide team success
Shape future-state finance processes across key domains
Assist in designing and executing finance-related test scenarios
Contribute to deployment planning and go-live readiness
Approach ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems
Minimum of eight years of related experience
Experience with Agile and business analysis activities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Fusion
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
JIRA expertise
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
ERP transformations and cross-functional projects
