About the Role

Emery Jensen is seeking an experienced Financial Analysis to support strategic financial decision-making and business growth initiatives. This role will oversee financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and ROI assessments while partnering with senior leadership to drive operational and financial improvements. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with leadership, analytical, and business partnering skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related disciplines.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis experience.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and U.S. GAAP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP, BPC/EPM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring financial analysts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and senior leadership.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
