About the Role
- The Finance Specialist is a high-visibility finance position that serves as a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team. This role supports corporate functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Finance, Public Affairs, Safety, and Business Transformation.
- The Finance Specialist plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business planning, accounting operations, and executive decision support. The position works directly with senior leaders to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive financial improvements across the organization.

- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting standards.

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning processes.
- Manage monthly rolling forecasts and financial estimates.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and KPIs.
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports.
- Support monthly accounting close activities.
- Prepare journal entries and review account reconciliations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for executive leadership.
- Manage purchasing card and travel expense programs.
- Coordinate vendor setup and payment processes.
- Develop capital expenditure forecasts and depreciation plans.
- Support claim reserve modeling for liability and workers' compensation programs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and financial controls.
