Financial Analyst

  • We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical initiatives that drive strategic business and investment decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, auditing, and maintenance of financials models and underwritings
  • Build and refine commercial pricing models for existing and pipeline assets
  • Support capital planning and cash flow reporting
  • Conduct due diligence, market research and analysis to evaluate investment risk
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the financial and operational performance of existing digital infrastructure assets
  • Partner with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting around capital budgets and revenue generation
  • Support the annual budgeting, period forecasting and long-term strategic planning of the business
  • Track actual financial performance and capital deployment against budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives
  • Prepare recurring financial reports for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing high-impact presentation materials and reporting deliverables for the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business or related field required
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, accounting, banking, management consulting, strategy, advisory or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
