About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst supports operational reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics across the organization. This role partners with Accounting and Operations teams to develop financial models, performance metrics, pricing analytics, and management reports. The position plays a key role in driving business performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of finance or financial analysis experience.
Manufacturing or operational finance experience preferred.
CPA and/or MBA is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data warehouse tools.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
