Financial Analyst & Sales Support Specialist

Taher, Inc. is a privately held company with a 45-year history of serving clients and communities, based in Minnetonka. We are seeking an experienced on-site Financial Analyst & Sales Support Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and help prepare competitive proposals.
• Develop pricing, budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
• Analyze food, labor, and operating costs.
• Support proposal development and submission processes.
• Research potential clients and gather state and public data to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain current and potential clients databases, contact lists, and records.
• Coordinate trade shows and track follow-up activities.
• Create reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support sales presentations and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advance Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and brings solutions rather than waiting for direction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and help drive results.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or K-12 school nutrition is a plus.
