Financial Analyst

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support plant finance, cost analysis, month-end close, and forecasting activities. This role partners closely with operations and finance leaders to provide reporting, insights, and decision support across multiple sites.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, inventory counts, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports with commentary for leadership
• Review BOMs, raw material usage, and product costing data
• Partner with plant leadership to analyze production, scrap, yield, and other KPIs
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Participate in ad hoc reporting and cross-functional projects
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• ERP experience and strong Excel skills
• CPA/CMA in progress or completed is a plus
• Compensation & Benefits
• $90,000–$115,000 base salary, depending on experience
