Role Description The Financial Analyst role at Peak Roofing Partners is a full-time, on-site position based in Plantation, FL. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Daily tasks include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, and creating detailed financial models and reports for leadership. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with operations and project teams to evaluate job costs, margins, and cash flow, and will identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also involves supporting month-end close activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the development and refinement of financial processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business strategy.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, build financial models, and provide actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Candidates should understand GAAP accounting practices and will be responsible to assisting team with month end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in construction, roofing, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
