• We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance to support strategic decision-making across a dynamic commercial organization. This role serves as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, driving profitability, forecasting, pricing analysis, financial modeling, and operational performance.

• What You Will Do
• Commercial Finance & Business Partnership
• Partner closely with sales and operational leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Act as a financial advisor by providing insights on profitability, pricing strategies, promotions, incentives, and business growth opportunities.
• Support annual planning processes and establish financial assumptions to guide business performance.

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and variance analysis activities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and executive-level insights.
• Analyse business performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results.

• Modelling & Performance Optimization
• Develop financial models to evaluate customer profitability, pricing decisions, promotional effectiveness, and investment opportunities.
• Assess non-standard deals, business cases, and commercial opportunities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.

• Operational & Strategic Support
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Respond to ad hoc financial requests and provide recommendations in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across finance, sales, operations, and leadership teams.

• What You Will Bring
• Experience
• 4–6+ years of experience in:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Sales Finance
• Accounting with strong analytical exposure
• Commercial Finance
• Public Accounting transitioning into finance

• Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance drivers.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and business analysis.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and present recommendations confidently.

• Preferred Qualifications
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting pricing, commercial analysis, bids, or operational finance environments.
• Exposure to retail, multi-location, or sales-driven business models is beneficial.

• 💵 Base Salary: $105,000 – $117,000
• Performance Bonus: Target 8% (potential upside based on company performance)
