Financial Systems, Accounting & ERP Experts. Remote AI Evaluation Project

We are seeking experienced Accountants, Financial Systems Specialists, ERP Professionals, Corporate Accounting Experts, Controllers, Bookkeepers, and Finance Operations Professionals to support a project focused on accounting workflows and financial systems.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy
• Review accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations
• Analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers
• Identify accounting errors, inconsistencies, misstatements, and unsupported treatments
• Provide the correct accounting treatment with clear rationale
• Evaluate accounting workflows within ERP and financial systems
• Review transaction flows from initial recording through financial reporting
• Assess accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and close processes
• Evaluate system logic, posting rules, account mappings, and reconciliation workflows
• Apply structured rubrics and grading guidelines consistently
• Rate or compare AI-generated accounting responses
• Flag ambiguous cases requiring additional review
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers
• Provide clear written feedback to project and model-development teams
• Help improve how AI systems reason about accounting and financial operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience
• Professional experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, bookkeeping, audit, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, FP&A with substantive accounting responsibilities, or a related area
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, or financial statements
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with an ERP, accounting system, or complex Excel-based accounting environment
• Ability to identify accounting errors and explain the correct treatment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Strong written and verbal English communication, B2 level or above
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to begin promptly

Preferred Background

• Financial systems implementation experience
• ERP migration or integration experience
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, or Workday
• Experience with BlackLine, FloQast, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, or similar finance platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience managing month-end close
• Experience reviewing journal entries and reconciliations
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Experience designing or reviewing accounting workflows
• Experience with process improvement or automation
• Experience with internal controls or SOX
• Experience creating accounting SOPs or training materials
