About the Opportunity:
The FINANCE OPERATIONS ANALYST (KOREAN BILINGUAL) plays a central role in supporting financial and operational activities across billing, forecasting, budgeting, and vendor management. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this position ensures financial accuracy and operational efficiency, contributing to the organization's financial health and business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards; ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Manage monthly cloud billing cycles and reconcile vendor charges.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment applications.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide analysis for KPI and performance tracking.
- Support cross-functional business operations including expense management and vendor onboarding.
- Identify and implement process improvements for scalable systems and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken).
- Proactive and flexible mindset, willing to take on evolving responsibilities.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze data and automate tasks.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
- Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual bonus.
