Fenergo Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Fenergo and/or KYC processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to analyze business needs, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Fenergo and/or KYC (Know Your Customer) processes is required.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process analysis.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and technical teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing, user training, and deployment activities.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Fenergo and/or KYC-related initiatives.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and/or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
