• Project Executive – Ground-Up Data Center Construction
• Location: Michigan City, IN (On-Site Monday–Friday)

• The Opportunity
• We are working with a leading General Contractor that is delivering some of the largest ground-up hyperscale data center projects across North America.
• As a Project Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across complex mission critical construction projects, overseeing multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale ground-up data center construction projects.
• Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, risk management, and commercial performance.
• Support preconstruction, planning, and execution strategies across multiple projects.
• Drive collaboration across all disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop project teams while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Requirements
• Extensive experience delivering ground-up data center construction projects.
• Proven background working for a General Contractor.
• Experience leading large, complex mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong commercial, operational, and leadership experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering technically challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday in Michigan City, Indiana.
